Our Return Policy
At OutdoorLiving, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
Items Eligible for Return:
- Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Items NOT Eligible for Return:
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Items that have been assembled or used
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Customer Service: Email us at returns@outdoorliving.pk or call 03XX-XXXXXXX within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.
- Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Options
We offer the following refund options:
- Original Payment Method: Refund to your original payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account)
- Store Credit: Receive store credit equal to the purchase amount plus 10% bonus
- Exchange: Exchange for a different size, color, or product of equal or greater value
Refund Timeline
- Return Processing: 2-3 business days after receipt
- JazzCash Refunds: 3-5 business days
- EasyPaisa Refunds: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days
Shipping Costs
For Defective or Damaged Items:
We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items. Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
For Change of Mind:
If you're returning an item due to change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- Include your order number and description of the issue
- We will arrange for pickup and send a replacement or full refund
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Item returned with signs of use or wear
- Missing parts or accessories
- Item returned after 30 days but within 45 days
- Item not in original condition or packaging
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product. If the new item costs more, you'll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.
Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.
Order Cancellation
Before Shipment:
You can cancel your order before it ships. Contact us immediately at orders@outdoorliving.pk. Full refund will be processed within 24-48 hours.
After Shipment:
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to return the item following our return process.
